Within the health industry, it is now clearly known that crowded and misaligned teeth are a health issue and not a dental one. It is affecting 75% of children globally, causing massive effects on their craniofacial growth, airway, Tmj and even long-term health. This is a health issue based in muscle function and nutrition and unless this is corrected when straightening teeth then breathing problems, grinding and sleep apnoea and other health issues like diabetes and immune system strength are all at risk.

The Myobrace is a functional appliance system which works on correcting the soft tissue (muscle) dysfunction and bad habits, which are the underlying cause of crooked teeth and incorrect jaw development.
